2014 finishes

A knitted hat made for Oh! Bearded One!. I can't remember when I started it. It is knitted in Rowan Cocoon, using a free pattern from 'Simply Knitting' magazine

A knitted hat for Little Gromit. Yarn used - Debbie Bliss Baby Cashmerino, pattern freebie off Raverly

A knitted rabbit, also for little Gromit. Yarn used, as above, pattern-from Temporary Measures in the Lake District.

A knitted waistcoat, again this has been on the needles forever, actually since September 2011. The yarn is , the pattern was in September's edition of 'Knit Now' magazine.

This is 'Stockport' from Rowan, the yarn is Rowan Cocoon. Again, it has been on the needles for ages. It was only waiting for the neck band to be completed and then to be sewn up. I'm not happy with the way I've sewn it up and when I feel like it I will take it apart and redo it. I like it but I'm not sure I'll wear it as it is heavy and will be very warm and I don't need such warm woolies,it is also not long enough. Edit: it went to the charity shop!

A table runner, made from scraps, not my best work but it will look alright on my dining table in the summer.

On the quilting front I've had the best year ever for finishes.
