Meet my.........

.......Grandson, to be known on this blog as Little Gromit as he looks so like his Dad at present, especially across the eyes.

He was born on 1st February at 18.21 UK time, weighing ........ wait for it!! 11lb 4oz or 4.98Kgs!

He swallowed some poo during delivery so is on baby ITU at present, on oxygen. He is going to be OK but it has been a worrying weekend.

DD is very tired and weak & wobbly as she lost some blood but she also will be fine soon.

oh bless him, Little Gromit is adorable and I think that's the cutest nick name and what a lovely big baby.
I hope he's soon home and his mummy is feeling better too. Such an exciting and exhausting time, but what a precious prize!
Born on Candle-mass or St Brigids day!
