I'm back!

We now have Internet access at home again but my laptop has died, I'm not sure at present whether permanently or temporarily. I am using the Oh! Bearded One's desk top which is very slow.

I am still knitting, cardmaking and working on my Grandmother's flower garden quilt, I am concentrating on making the flowers at present so I have choice when attching them to the main quilt.

Opps!

Haven't got internet at home at present. A server problem rather than our gateway - makes a change but very annoying. I haven't been able to read blogs since Saturday!

Anyway - got to go, at work!

Progress

Just to show where I'm up to with my current craft projects.

This is my Moda Roman Holiday jelly roll 'Grandmother's Flower Garden Hexagon quilt which is being hand stitched. I love hand stitching, this probably goes back to the days when I just did cross stitch.

I am card making at present as the card rack at work is virtually empty. Recently I have bought some decoupage card packs - Forever Friends and Daisy & Dandalion.

These packs are really good value - £2.99 for 4 decoupage sheets and 4 backing papers. The pack will make 8 cards and there will be bits & bobs left over to use on other cards.

These are the cards I've made so far.

I've completed the back and am up to the armholes on the first sleeve of this King Cole cardi.
